AGAINST THE ODDS Own Choice

For Activity 3 of AGAINST THE ODDS I got to pick someone who is a change maker and I picked a TouTuber called Mr Beast. I did not pick him just because he is a cool YouTuber but because he love donating he gives money to homeless people, he donates money to help grow trees and also gives money to people who win challenges. His real name is Jimmy and he has changed the lives of the homeless and helps the trees and that makes him the most nicest YouTuber on the planet. It was hard finding someone but I picked Mr Beast Because he is a YouTuber who give out money to those in need. But is was easy knowing why I picked him.

  1. Hola Arie,

Well done on completing the first weeks worth of activities for the Summer Learning Journey. You have done a great job and I can't wait to see the rest of your activities.

What an amazing person. I have never heard of him before but it's pretty cool that he donates to people in need. That's a really thoughtful of him to do and it sounds like he donates his money to really good causes.
If you could donate some money, what or who would you donate it to?

Until next time, happy blogging :)

  2. Hello Emma! Thank you for commenting on my post. I remember thhat you are the one that came to SHS and told us about the Summer Learning Journey. If I could donate money I would donate to SPCA so I can help the animals that have been mistreated. Can I ask you a question? How do I get onto the Summer Learning Journey Blog? I do not know how. Until next time, Bye!

  3. Hi Arie,

That's me! I did come to your school.
What a great charity you have chosen to donate too if you could. Do you know, at the supermarket they have donation bins where you can buy some pet food and they will donate what is in the donation bin to the SPCA?
It's such a cool idea. I try to remember to get extra food when I can to pop in the donation bins.
