TAKING ACTION I Have a Dream
For activity 3 of TAKING ACTION I have to write about racism in America so here we go. In the 1960's there was a huge racism problem. White people and black people would have to be separated for everything and they were not allowed to be with the white people. It was like the white people were the bosses of the black people. But one day a black woman called Rosa Parks refused to give her seat up to a white person. Others were confused that she stood up to them and then it was a law that black and white people were not to be separated. And that changed the world. It was hard thinking of what other people thought because it did not say so I just wrote what I think they would act like but it was easy writing the problem. Have you had to deal with this problem before?

Hi Adriaan,
ReplyDeleteGreat job on your blog! I feel like this is a big issue that you are covering and it is awesome to see. Rosa Parks must have been a very brave woman! What do you think?
One way that you can engage us readers even more is to include a link or picture of who you are writing about. This lets us readers see who exactly you are talking about. :)
Keep up the great work!
Gabe
Thank you for commenting again Gabe! I will be sure to include a link and picture next time. Cya Gabe!
