Team Players Achieving Our Dreams

For activity 3 of the summer learning journey I have had to make a poster of six things I can do to support someone trying to follow their dream job. My Mum wants to be a Teacher when we are in our new house next year so this is my poster of how I can support her. It was hard thinking of ways to support her half way through but it was easy knowing who to support. Have you got anyone who has a dream job? Why don't you support them somehow.

  1. Kia Ora Adriaan,
You have created such a nice looking poster with such helpful ways of helping your Mum. I'm sure she is very proud of you for coming up with all of these ways to help her. It's always a good idea to be nice, quiet and calm when someone else is working. Doing all of those household chores would be very helpful for your Mum too also because she will be quite caught up in her studying, I'm sure you will do a great job looking after your brothers too, as long as you aren't fighting! I'm sure your Mum will thank you for picking up the dogs droppings.

Although I do not have someone that has a dream job, I do think that it is very important to support people when they have a goal. Do you have any goals for the new year? The new year is a great time to come up with goals for yourself, whether it's about school or home life.

Next time, do you think that you could maybe include some images? Although your poster is undoubtedly beautiful, I do think that some pictures might draw some more people to look at your blog. Just make sure to include credit to the author of the photos. I think that making the font on the poster larger might make it easier for the reader to read. I love how you wrote a small blurb about what you are going to do, make sure you're including those in each of your blog posts so that the reader can understand the context of the post.
You have done an excellent job and I can't wait to read more of your blog posts in the future. I hope to see a reply from you!
    Keep up the great work!
    - Nadia :)

    1. Hi Arie,
That is a great goal to have. You have done such a great job so far, you are very close to achieving your goal as long as you continue to keep doing what you are doing.

How have you enjoyed about the Summer Learning Journey so far? What has been your favourite activity?
