HAUORA iMoko

For activity two of HAUORA I have to write five things me and my family do to stay healthy and treat our well being good, lets just do this. 1. Eat vegetables 2. Have takeout about every 2 weeks. 3. Eat fruit 4. Get a good amount of sleep 5. talk to each other. That was five things I do, What are five things you do?

    Another great poster! I love seeing the creative ways you come up with to present the activities. Do each of the images you've used represent something you do to stay fit and healthy?

    You've shared some great 'healthy living' tips and tricks. It's so important that we look after our bodies. I really like that you've including social interaction on your list (talking to each other). Making time to socialise is so important for our mental health. Something I'd add to the list would be regular exercise. What kinds of active things do you do?
