Screen Legends Plot Points

For activity two of Screen Legends I have to imagine I had the option to write a movie. I have to write it myself with everything that a movie needs. This is my draft for a movie. The movie is called Shadow Tales The main characters are Liminite, Little Timmy and Odden. The need money for a better home and better clothes so they do jobs. One day an old man walked up to the trio and said he would give them lots of money to go and defeat a beast called the dark shadow. The old man gives Liminite magic to cast spells he gave Little Timmy a dagger and he gave Odden a pink wooden sword and a shield made of steel. That is how the story starts. Bookworms The Diary of Anne Frank

For activity three of Bookworms I had to write a diary entry of the best day of my life. I picked the day I was in a full family. It was hard remembering parts when I was a baby but easy writing the entry. If you are interested then you can read it.

Kenning's

Today in homeroom time I learnt what a Kenning is. A kenning is just like a Poem but it describes something. To make a Kenning you need a topic, about 3 sentences to describe it and good clues, for example... You pick a dog so you could say I am a good sniffer, I am a messy eater, I am a fast runner. You can make it anything as long as it ends with er at the end and it makes sense with you Topic. I made my own Kenning but I am going to let you guess what it is, Here are the clues...

Kaysha Character Profile

Today I filled in a character profile activity sheet about Kaysha from the book All Because Of Walter. It made us describe what she looked like, what she likes to do and we had to draw what she looked like. Kaysha has a red sweater, blue pants and she has black hair. She lives with a foster family and lives on a beach near the ocean. She also likes to play with animals, Do chores and get sent to new foster homes but she does not like the last 2 I said. It was easy drawing because I am really good at it but it was hard writing what she likes to do because I have only read the first chapter of the book.

The Time Traveler

Today I finished writing my old man writing. Today in literacy we had to write about an old man walking down a foggy road and we could make whatever story line we wanted as long as it had to do with and old man. First we planed it which was really easy. Then we started writing which was really hard because I had to try keep my story present tense. After that I edited then buddy checked and now here I am blogging it.

Today I finished writing a moment time for the Moon landing because in school we are learning about space. It was hard doing this because I don't know much about the landing but I did add in some funny things for humor it was also pretty easy with my dialog. Today I finished writing an information report about the Moon. This week we are learning about space, stars and planets. Matariki Animation

Today i'm blogging my Matariki Animation because it is close to the time of Matariki. It was hard memorizing the story so I had to listen to it about 6 times but it was easy making the animation once I knew what I was doing. I am pretty proud of my animation and I think it is one I of my best I have made at school.

Words You Can Use Instead Of Said

Today me and Tyler finished making an animation called "Words You Can Use Instead Of Said" Where Tyler is writing a story and I add a word instead of said and it makes his story much better. It was hard making all of the speech bubbles because it got really tiring after a while but it was easy making the animation itself.

Broken Paper Scissors Rock

Today at literacy I have just finished writing a story called broken paper scissors rock. First we watched a video called broken paper scissors rock and we  to write the story but from a any of the characters perspective you could pick the paper fairy the rock monster or the scissor assassin and yes I made all of those names because no one tells us the name. My Dog Guinness Repetition Poem

Today I finished writing a repetition poem about my dog Guinness AKA the best dog in the world. Obviously it was hard rhyming but really easy making the picture which I thought was going to be really hard. Can you read this really fast without making a mistake?

The End

Today I finished writing a story called the end. Its about a rock that kills people by shooting laser beams through them. It was hard thinking about what the rock would do but easy starting the story off. Almost everyone got a buddy to help them but I find it easier to do it  by myself because they would be annoying and they would not do any work. The Library Book Cover

Today I made a book cover for a story called the library, I have got something to tell you I have been sick the 2 days so i'm kinda confused. My friend said we had to make a book cover for a picture we had to make into a book. It was hard making the back cover but easy decorating the cover. I cant wait till I know what i'm doing.

Pigeon Impossible

Today for literacy we watched a short movie called pigeon impossible. It was about a cheeky pigeon who was trying to steal a bagel from Walter the secret agent. Walter stopped an explosion but he didn't exactly complete his mission. We had a choice of 4 activity's the first one was a wanted poster the second was to write new mission for Walter the third one was to make a news paper about it and the fourth one was to make a comic about the movie. I chose to do the wanted poster I had to make a picture of a pigeon write down its characteristics, what its wanted for, where it was last see and how much money the reward is. It was hard making the pigeon but easy writing everything.
